Whether you’re heading up your household or just starting to cook for yourself, you’ll learn the many ways you can make food go further in your kitchen. Featuring food made by the Who’s Who of Detroit chefs (including Phil Jones from City Food Community Concepts and Ms. Ruth’s Catering, Andy Hollyday from Selden Standard, Ederique Goudia from Gabriel Hall, Hassan Musselmani from The Drunken Rooster and James Rigato from Mabel Gray) as well as chef demos and hands-on presentations by community experts, you’ll leave with a full belly and lots of new ways to cut down on the amount of food that goes to waste at home.
